Piper's Playground is a pet-friendly three-bedroom,
three-bathroom cabin rental that accommodates up to fourteen guests, with all
the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and a prime location near all the
fun that downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.
LIVING ROOM
Oh, my! What a serene space! This living room
greets you with blonde wooden planking, an abundance of natural light, and a
cathedral ceiling with exposed beams.
A flat-screen TV waits to be watched while
comfortable seating waits to be curled up in, in front of the fireplace!
The deck access ensures that you are always only
steps away from nature here in Piper’s Playground! Stir up a pitcher of
lemonade and enjoy it on the deck!
KITCHEN
The adorable kitchen is cuter than a bug’s ear and
fully stocked for your every need. Whip up a pancake breakfast or serve a
waffle buffet! Lay out a coffee bar—your family will love it! There’s even a
wine rack in case you want to stock it! (It’s vacation, do it!)
All cookery, flatware, and dishes are included for
your convenience.
DINING SPACE
Nearby is a wooden dining table that seats up to
six. What a great family space—either for dining or just for chatting! Bring
some board games and have a family game night! If you need additional space,
the breakfast bar can seat three more!
BEDROOMS
The amazing master suite is on the main level.
This space provides you with a custom log king bed, flat-screen TV, and a
private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, a relaxing jetted tub, and dual
sinks for added convenience. Wowza - is this an oasis, or what?
Upstairs near the game room is a king suite
bedroom with a cathedral ceiling, flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite full
bath.
The lower level holds the third king suite bedroom
with a sitting area, deck access, and full bath access.
Each sleeping space is comfy and ready to be
enjoyed!
LOFT
Keep everyone entertained in the loft game room!
Host a pool tournament or play the arcade! This is also a great space to read a
good book!
MEDIA ROOM
You’ll find a media room on the lower level for
your enjoyment. This entertaining area provides you with theater-style seating
(perfect for movie night or watching your favorite sports team in action),
large flat-screen TV, and deck access. You’re truly never far from nature here!
OUTDOOR SPACES
There are so many ways to enjoy the outdoors here!
Relax in the bubbling outdoor hot tub, Rock in one of the rocking chairs, or
just take in the fresh mountain air and scenic mountain views. This full-length
porch is amazing! What an epic place to enjoy morning coffee!
Piper’s Playground is conveniently located near
Dollywood and the entire Pigeon Forge Parkway, giving you quick access to
attractions, shopping, and dining.
While visiting the area, you’re almost sure to encounter
wildlife at some point! You might want to bring along some binoculars. Spend
your mornings on the deck, drinking coffee and watching for animals!
OTHER AMENITIES
With all the luxury that Piper’s Playground has to
offer, you might not ever want to leave the cabin. But if you do, you are
within minutes of any convenience that Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg has to offer,
from charming local eateries to grocery shopping, to entertainment.
All linens are provided, and there is a
washer/dryer for your convenience.

Wi-Fi access so you can browse your entertainment options or check your email.

The cabin was beautiful and had very spacious rooms. We loved having all of the TVs. It was furnished with everything we needed. There was a nice room for our dog to stay while we were out of the cabin. We saw a bear nearby in the woods. That was very exciting. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay This was a great stay! The cabin was clean and came as advertised. The kids loved the movie theater room and the special kids room with bunk bed. We were able to relax in the hot tub and look at the moon and stars. This cabin was nicely secluded but the driveway was a bit difficult and steep. Although not a huge issue for us, I would caution those with limited mobility. I loved the location right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was easy to access both nature and tourism areas. I also loved the outdoor gas fireplace. We would definitely return.

Very relaxing Perfect location minutes from all the attractions. Very spacious and quiet and relaxing. Home was fully stock with all the essentials including a large dog crate Making it a perfect place to stay with the family. Will definitely stay there again.

Will definitely be coming back! We've rented a cabin in Gatlinburg before and this one was by far the best one! The location was perfect! The cabin was spacious and clean. It was perfect for all 10 of us! We'll definitely be coming back. This cabin met all our criteria and the customer service we received from the Colonial office was great!

Amazing trip, Cabin and weekend We loved our time at Piper's playground. We were traveling with two other couples so the layout was perfect for us as each couple could be on a floor and have a suite apiece. The offerings from games, movie theater, etc...were amazing. The road to get the cabin was a little narrow and tricky but absolutely loved our time once we got there. We are already talking about coming back again to enjoy.
